My darling Kit, they’ve caught you again
no worldly stage enlarged enough
always this rank and compare
parse, parsimonious
praise too faint too late
you can’t escape
betraying
knife-edge
words
Having fun with this news item, my enduring fascination with Marlowe and (why not?) another nonet.
I saw this story, too. Wonderful how you did this–and in a nonet. How clever!
I like the alliteration, rhythm, and rhyme of
“parse, parsimonious
praise too faint too late”

Thank you. Once I knew I was going nonet, it fell together fast and fun. 🙂

I don’t know why I’ve always been drawn to Marlowe–that mystery man aspect, I guess! Thanks for reading.

Thank you. I’m loving nonets, too. They’re just enough structure and kind of addictive…

When I first started learning them – I could not stop. I especially like the reverse-nonet (the order is opposite). Definitely addictive. 🙂
